胡志强 教授,博士生导师,崂山学者

胡志强,1978年6月生,教授,博士生导师,崂山学者。1999年7月毕业于青岛化工学院精细化工专业,获工学学士学位;2002年7月毕业于青岛科技大学应用化学专业,获工学硕士学位,2005年7月毕业于中国科学院化学所有机化学专业,获理学博士学位,同年来我校从事教学科研工作。2017年3月至今,任化学与分子工程学院副院长。主编《系统有机化学》和《有机化学学习指导》等教材2部,主讲本科生和研究生《有机化学》、《高等有机化学》...

胡志强


胡志强19786月生,教授,博士生导师,崂山学者。19997月毕业于青岛化工学院精细化工专业,获工学学士学位;20027月毕业于青岛科技大学应用化学专业,获工学硕士学位,20057月毕业于中国科学院化学所有机化学专业,获理学博士学位,同年来我校从事教学科研工作。20173月至今,任化学与分子工程学院副院长。主编《系统有机化学》和《有机化学学习指导》等教材2部,主讲本科生和研究生《有机化学》、《高等有机化学》、《杂环化学》等多门课程。

主要研究兴趣包括:(1)荧光化学传感器的构筑及其性能研究。设计合成了多种有机小分子荧光探针,实现了对重金属离子以及具有生理活性的有机小分子等的高选择性检测。(2)新型有机小分子荧光染料的合成及其在生物成像中的应用。构建了多类结构新颖的有机小分子荧光染料,特别是具有固有手性的荧光染料分子。(3)精细有机化学品绿色合成工艺的开发和优化。主要包括医药和农药中间体等有机精细化学品的绿色合成路线设计、工艺优化等。

作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金三项,山东省自然科学基金两项,山东省重点公关项目一项,重点实验室开放课题两项,企业横向课题五项。以第一作者或通讯联系人发表SCI论文50余篇,申报发明专利十二项,授权发明专利4项,多个横向项目实现了工业产业化。

作为项目负责人,主持的科研项目包括:

1)手性近红外荧光染料和荧光探针的构建及在2-HG对映异构体的检测与荧光成像分析中的应用(21977060),国家自然科学基金面上项目,2020.1-2023.1266万元,在研。

2)新型罗丹明类近红外重金属离子荧光探针的设计、合成及在细胞成像中的应用(21171127),国家自然科学基金面上项目,2011.1-2014.1260万元,已结题。

3)基于芳磺酰胺的新型有机管状组装体的构筑机器性能研究(20602022),国家自然科学基金青年项目,2007.1-2009.1222万元,已结题。

4)新型罗丹明类近红外荧光探针的制备及其在重金属离子检测和生物荧光成像中的应用研究(ZR2011BM010),山东省科技厅,2011.1-2013.128万元,已结题。

5)基于含磺酰亚胺分子的新型有机螺旋组装体的构筑及其性能研究(Y2007B39),山东省科技厅,2007.1-2009.125.5万元,已结题。
